Rated 5 out of 5 by EricDangerPalmer Great shirt for staying cool
The shirt worked well for keeping me cool in the sun during a 24 hour endurance longboard race in Miami with temperature highs around 77 and moderate humidity.

I wear these under my dress shirts when wearing a suit in warmer weather and when I'm hiking, biking or working in the yard in cooler weather - work great in all situations.
Hands down better than similar Nike and Under Armour technology which I wore before purchasing these. These are considerably more expense than the other brands.

Use for Ultra marathons, Ironman triathlon, trail running.... Fits to body, no loose fabric for chaffing and gets nice and cool as long as sweat is present. I own all short, long, and sleeveless versions of the Omni Freeze Zero line

Awesome shirt under body armor. Snug fit. No irritating seams. Definitely cooler on a long hot night. Noticeably less smelly after long wear. Need a V-Neck so doesn't show under uniform.

This shirt helps minimize the effects of exercising outside in high heat and humility. Don't expect it to feel like walking into a cooler but I believe it helps keep the core cooler.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PsiZGuy It may look weird
The shirt does a great job keeping you cool in hot weather. However, it doesn't look as white as the picture would suggest. The blue cooling rings are faintly visible and gives the shirt a strange look. My wife felt that it looked "kinda feminine". So if you buy this, make sure you plan to use it as a baselayer under another shirt.

I wore this on my Sunday long run (13 mi.) in 90 degree temps, then again yesterday in 95 degrees. The only time I noticed it 'cooling' was when I sat in my car with the air conditioner blasting on it.
The other thing I really dislike about this shirt is it doesn't wick. I ended up with it plastered to me instead of the sweat even trying to evaporate.
I spent 1/2 this on a singlet and it is much better! This shirt is all hype.

I am quite happy with the product over all. I used this during one of my Ironman Long Brick sessions (80 mile ride, 18 mile run). My only issue, I bought a medium in size. It feels a little looser then it probably should be? Sizing is the biggest concern I have with this product.
