What can I return?

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition.

When can I return?

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.

Where can I return?

Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. Please visit our detailed FAQ page for more information.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

What is the Return Cost?

We provide a flat rate Purolator shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $7 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.

How do I package my return?

Please carefully place your unworn items with product tags in a secure bag or box. Insert the package invoice (mailed to you with your original shipment). Place the return shipping label on the outside of the package.

When returning shoes, place the shoebox inside an outer shipping box. DO NOT attach your return label directly on the shoebox itself. Returns will not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged.
