How do I earn points and rewards?
Every $100 spent gets you $5 in rewards. That means 1,000 points is equal to $5. Earn points by:
- Making a purchase online at columbiasportswear.ca/en/stores
- Making a purchase in any CA Columbia store
- Completing your profile on columbiasportswear.ca
When will I be able to redeem my rewards?
Rewards become available as soon as your store purchase becomes finalized, or web order is fully shipped. This will typically only take a couple of days but in some cases may take up to 14 days.
Do my points expire?
We have a rolling 12-month expiration period based on account activity. As long as your account sees regular purchase activity (within 12 calendar months), you will retain any earned points. Points will expire after 12 calendar months of inactivity.
How do I qualify for the Titanium Tier?
You must spend $300+ annually to achieve Titanium Status and unlock all the great perks.
How long after I make a qualifying purchase ($300+) do I gain access to the Titanium Tier benefits?
You will gain access to Titanium Tier benefits one business day after your qualifying purchase of $300+.
Does my Titanium Tier status expire?
Your Titanium Tier status is good for one year from your qualifying purchase date. You can log in to your account on columbiasportswear.ca/rewardsprogram to check your Tier expiration date.
If you make another $300+ purchase in the subsequent year following your qualifying purchase, it will extend your status for another year.

Can I lose my Titanium Tier Status?
You may lose your Titanium Tier status if:
- You do not spend another $300+ before your Tier renewal date (one calendar year from qualifying purchase).
- You make a return that drops you below the $300 Tier qualification threshold. You may make another purchase to reach the $300 spend threshold to reinstate Tier status.
- You do not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
Can I redeem my points in the US and Canada?
No, points can only be earned and redeemed in the same country.
