Columbia.com / Columbiasportswear.ca purchase returns are accepted with original email invoice within 60 days of purchase and may be returned through the mail to our e-commerce returns department or returned in-person at any Columbia Sportswear store (within the country purchased). Online purchase returns of ten (10) or more items must be initiated online and returned through the mail to our e-commerce returns department and cannot be returned in store.
